Inspired by Seinfeld:
Get well get well soon, we wish you to get well.
Get well get well soon, we wish you to get well.
Get well get well soon, we wish you to get well.
Get well get well soon, we wish you to get well.
Get well get well soon, we wish you to get well.

Get well get well soon, we wish you to get well.
Get well get well soon, we wish you to get well.
Get well get well soon, we wish you to get well.
Get well get well soon, we wish you to get well.
Get well get well soon, we wish you to get well.
Get well get well soon, we wish you to get well.

I'm not big on Seinfeld either, but for whatever reason that song was stuck in my head.
It sounds like it has to get better. This sounds like a pretty low point.
How were you able to sing yesterday?
Without the rough times, you wouldn't appreciate the good times. At least that's what I like to think. And that by going through the really rough stretches you kind of pay your dues for the better times.
As you can see I'm even worse at writing about life stuff than I am about baseball.
That's the stuff you're supposed to post. Without that you can't work out the kinks.
Besides, fewer people read this site than the other site - if that's possible.
Dex would probably have some good insight and/or advice. If nothing else, he would bring us some humor.
(And don't think I'm deluding myself into thinking that I'm a writer either. I know I'm not that. I'm half-not-quite-good at a bunch of things. That is all.)
I have no ego - you should see the hate mail. Maybe I should start posting it. It gets ugly.
It was definitely not me that used misanthrope. If I had tried to use such a word, I would have surely misused it.
The hate mail is unreal. Sometimes it makes me want to quit doing this. But there are a handful of emailers and people like you, Craig, Roger, and Carolina on the site that make me feel like it's worthwhile.
Where were you called a misanthrope?
I can't imagine I said (or even thought) anything bad about you (well, at least not recently). It sounds like you've had some really tough luck lately and I can't imagine blaming you for being somewhat down or negative about it.
It wasn't me but I do remember seeing it when it happened.
Found it, but it was before the trip to New York.
Misanthropes
Like, wow. Fortunately for me I used it fairly generically - as I don't really know what it means.
And to think, Wiggins was a misanthrope BTA. I can't imagine what we'll get now.
Nice find, Craig - even though it does implicate me.
